The opening of Brook Place marked the completion of the first of 4 phases on this heavily constrained city site. Comprising over 230 contemporary apartments and studios there is under croft parking, gymnasium, retail and high quality communal spaces.

 

This £35m mixed use scheme was completed to programme and budget by Winvic Construction. The development is owned and managed by Granger plc, the UK’s largest listed landlord
